Despite being one of the many local venues hit hard by the destructive floods earlier this year, popular overwater restaurant and bar, Treasury Brisbane’s Will & Flow has now reopened its doors once again with refurbished interiors and a new look food and beverage menu.
Famed for its spectacular views of South Bank from across the Brisbane River, Will & Flow has entered a new era, complete with new deck area, outdoor kitchen, and natural furnishings. It’s refreshed elevated yet breezy decor makes it the ideal spot for morning juices, coffees, light breakfasts and long lunches by day and craft beers, vibrant cocktails, and delicious bites by night.
A refined winter menu complements the new-look space, featuring Will & Flow’s take on hearty classics, authentic woodfired pizzas and fun light snacks perfect for sharing. Breakfast is served from 6:30am, with a woodfired open omelette with mushrooms, onions, tomato and buffalo mozzarella or a breakfast pide with bacon, pork sausage, mushroom, and egg sure to help get the day started on the right foot.
At lunch and dinner, cheesy baked potato gnocchi with creamy mushroom and pork meatballs served with pomodoro sauce and pecorino are stand-out additions, as are a series of delicious pides. There’s a traditional garlic and cheese version, a unique pide topped with salt & vinegar potato with buffalo mozzarella, or a BBQ beef brisket flat bread topped with sour cream, avocado and smoky tomato relish.
The cocktail list at Will & Flow has also been given an indulgent revamp, with the addition of a series of decadent dessert cocktails, perfect for warming you up during the colder months. Guests looking to end the night on a sweet note will be able to choose from a Chocolate Hazelnut Martini with Frangelico, Crème de Cacao and Vodka, a Lamingtini with Baileys, Frangelico, Coconut Monin, Cream and Chocolate Bitters and a Pink Squirrel featuring Crème de Cacao, Crème de Almond, Cream and Cherries. There’s also a Winter Warmer with Custard, Makers Mark, Mozart and Baileys.
To celebrate the refresh, the riverside hotspot will also be re-introducing its popular ‘Beats & Eats’ dinner and drink offer on Thursday evenings. Diners looking for a space to enjoy a golden winter sunset will be able to choose from a selection of the venue’s signature woodfired pizzas and pides and a sparkling glass of prosecco for $20.
